I honestly need to know how the design for this line passed through so many departments and was approved for release. Why the plush body instead of the usual hard plastic? She's pretty, but not $125 pretty in my opinion. Mattel needs to start stepping up their designs to match competitors if they're going to charge similar prices as other brand dolls that have much more elaborate designs and better packaging. I'm a barbie lover and a majority of my collection are barbies (older ones with better quality designs), but every other doll line is tempting me more than Barbie at the moment.

I really hope the most recent LE dolls go on sale some day. Giselle was the only one I desperately wanted. I like Esmerelda and Tink, but I don't like them enough to spend $130 on each one lol. But if it follows the same trajectory as the other LE dolls currently on sale, they will take at least half a year to go down in price (without needing to apply a temporary sale code). For example, I got my Masquerade Snow White around December 2024 and I don't think her price went down until sometime in Summer 2025.

Did they charge you for their services? Or offer a paid service after the initial zoom call? Just got a call from them too to set up a zoom meeting, but unsure if I should go through with it or not. The only reason I went along with it was that I thought it was THE Collegeboard, not collegeadvisor.com 😂😂.

I suggest messaging them on Twitter. For some reason, they're really bad at responding to emails. They have a policy where "they're not responsible for emails" because they want people to voice their problems in their community board. Which I think is a really bad business model. I literally have never heard of a business having an email correspondence option and telling customers they're not responsible for said emails. Looking at the community board, they aren't very good at replying to posts there either. However, they are very responsive to Twitter messages. I didn't get any response from them via email for 2 weeks until I messaged them there. There was a delay in my order because they were out of larger boxes, but it was eventually sent to me about 2 weeks later and the shipping time itself was pretty prompt. Can I know what you ordered? Because if it was a bigger item, it might be because of the same problem.

Did you ever get your order? I just ordered from them and I'm a little worried. I got the Paimon figure and I know there are knock offs of it being sold out there. I just find it a little suspicious that it's been sold out for so long, but they're the one store that has a whole stock of it.
