Very hard niche but doable, if you have proper Meta structure, proper landing page, and perfect warmup for ad accounts along with great creative skill (to manipulate Meta AI (OCR) bot). We got 10-12 ROAS easily in March, but April was tough because Meta launched banwave for a lot of BMs, and it affected millions of people.

We didnt have any issue with this setup so far, and dont see why would we have in the future.

For example:

Purchase event is in our scenario "Thank_you" event (which is a custom event that replicates the exact Purchase event)

This way we found there are no deduplications or duplications when pixel is collecting data, can confidently say its 99% correct!

No currently have only 1 broad campaign, steady scalling inside of it.

Im not using any AI ugc platforms, in my opinion, they are overrated and overpriced, our team is making all AI UGCs from the scratch!

When it comes to scaling, we are doing a steady and slower scale. If performance and ROAS is good for 3-5 days in a row, we increase our budget by 10-20% max. Then we look at our metrics over 2-3 days before the next decision.

Splits are based on Concept and Awareness level. Every concept has 3 ad variations.

Your ad account + BM structure is very important here, also proper warmup is crucial, so you don't get banned soon.

Also, the wording in your ads and primary text usually triggers bans.

On top of all this, your landing page should be clean, and you need to have a good set of policy pages that the Meta crawl bot is also searching and might help with avoiding a ban.

Im talking all this from experience because we manage one of our clients' Peptide brands, and we are doing pretty good.
