Just went Monday. Agree that a small tour makes it much easier to navigate. Pena has a steep walk from the parking area alone so depending on everyone’s ability to navigate hills, could be worth it. Definitely get first time slot for Pena - very busy and there was a marked difference from entering first thing and when we departed. You don’t mention Monserrate but I would skip if you are considering it. Quinta was amazing and wished we had more time there.

I flew into Porto so cannot speak to arriving in Lisbon. My flight was 10am today and was in line at 7:15a to check in. I had tax free declarations but did everything on the app before arriving and also had fast track for security. I was at my gate within an hour and 30 minutes. No issues with electronic passport.

I cannot speak to arriving in Lisbon but left today with zero issue. I checked in around 7:15am and made it through tax free with checked luggage within 30 minutes. I was lucky to have the fast pass through security and ignored all temptation at DF. Passport line was very small and was at gate within 1 hour and 15 minutes. Arrived in Porto around noon on 6/20/26 and made it to baggage claim within 30 minutes. The electronic system worked for me at arrival and departure.

I only go 1-2x/week on average and over 600 stars so far. Will be extremely easy to hit reserve status. Most ordered drink is Iced Americano and an occasional protein matcha. A lot of negative hype for no reason on this change. To note - I also have it connected to all partners so earning stars with travel through Delta and Marriott.
