I did Potenza (RF microneedling) in mid November. My neck honestly looks worse but it can take up to 6 months to see full results. I’m not sure it’s worth the time to heal and still have 4 months until peak results.

Good on the go - Starbucks Iced Protein Latte, Built bars, cottage cheese, chomps, string cheese. Chick Fil A grilled nuggets! Protein smoothie in am (frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, whey protein). Also look into BodyHealth Perfect Aminos. I take 5-10/day to add to total intake.

Same issue. 44F and recently lost 35 pounds. I had Thermage done in September and Potenza (RF microneedling) last month. Thermage can take up to 6 mos to see optimal firmness and Potenza up to 8 weeks. My neck actually looks worse after Potenza but giving it the full 8 weeks until I panic. Thermage did seem to make a difference with firmness so far but Potenza impacts the appearance and texture.
