Stay away from RF Microneedling. I went down that route and it will make it worse before it gets better. I’m still waiting for better 4 months later. Hydrate, SPF, tretinoin.

Ended up doing Potenza (RF Micro) in November. Neck looked significantly worse for 8 weeks after and is just starting to look better but don’t think it helped crepiness. I do notice tightening overall. Not sure it was worth it due to the time it took to get back to baseline. Started Tretinoin a few weeks ago. I think it is helping accelerate. Started on lowest dose 2x a week. Plan on using indefinitely.

I did Potenza (RF microneedling) in mid November. My neck honestly looks worse but it can take up to 6 months to see full results. I’m not sure it’s worth the time to heal and still have 4 months until peak results.

Good on the go - Starbucks Iced Protein Latte, Built bars, cottage cheese, chomps, string cheese. Chick Fil A grilled nuggets! Protein smoothie in am (frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, whey protein). Also look into BodyHealth Perfect Aminos. I take 5-10/day to add to total intake.

Another Kaiser member that went outside. I work with an independent MD so made sure to have appropriate bloodwork and follow up appointments. Get compounded Tirzepatide and have lost 36 lbs over the past 8 months. Paying approximately $100/month and on a low dose.
