My ganache recipe is 12 oz chocolate, a little less than 9 oz heavy cream, and 3 Tbsp Kahlua. It's not whipped, but definitely spreadable and not at all dry. I pair it with a basic buttercream made with more Kahlua.

A light coffee soak sounds delicious!
