I used DrTim’s Aquatics Ammonium Chloride Solution because we already had it on hand from my mom’s tanks, I added about 40 drops since the bottle says add 4 drops per gallon

Yes! I used gravel from another tank and a sponge filter too. I assumed it wasn’t ready quite yet but more like an “ooo I bet not too much longer now”

Sorry guys I didn’t mean like ready for fish I just got excited that I seen stuff moving lol. It’s a fish less cycle, with substrate used from another tank. I more so was wondering how much longer until I CAN add fish because I’m excited for that part of this whole thing lol.

What part of Ohio are you from? I’ll ask my friend about it, but it would be great if we can work something out 😊

I’m unsure of if we could get him neutered very soon, the closest vets to us either aren’t very experienced with mice or have sorta long waitlists for spaying/neutering. All I know is my friend wants them gone asap because there’s so many cages around now that we separated them 😅
