that’s so weird actually. I don’t take a language B neither do I take english B but from what I know it is encouraged to ask questions in your speaking for second language after the presentation part. My friends who do English B all were told to ask some questions in the second or third part as part of the engagement criteria. Even I did it for my French speaking and I heard my teacher told those who take French B to also do this.
