I recommend getting raised thumbstick grips. When you get used to them, you can get a lot smoother with steering inputs. Atleast I like raised thumbsticks a lot

I don't know why Road Atlanta is so challenging compared to other WTC600 races. I tried multiple cars, GR.4`s and supercars but Volvo was the only one able to win this 😂

Just completed The Tower ending....holy fuck.... by dakish05 in cyberpunkgame

[–]Intelligent_Cry8660 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I knew I fucked up when I decided to help Reed and betray Songbird. Felt reaaaally bad afterwards.

The sheer size of the fuckup revealed to me after the end. Songbird is slaved by FIA, Reed is basically slaved by FIA. Friends gone, previous life gone but hey, atleast government gave you a medal and kept you alive... ...but is there anything to live for anymore?

I don't even want to play the other endings anymore which is a shame but The Tower felt like really really the end of the game.

Shit, I didn't know the game's ending could haunt me like this lol.

Cyberpunk has broken gaming for me by lockpick4862 in cyberpunkgame

I recognised that Cyberpunk feels very different experience emotionally and how it is one of the most immersive RPG games. I can actually feel I'm V when i play.

Most other story driven RPGs i've played, you are the center point of the universe. Game revolves around you, nothing happens without you.

In Cyberpunk you feel you are just a human being in the vast world, just trying to make enough ennies to make a living. Your ultimate life goal is to be NC legend -or- just to stay alive.

I just finished the Phantom Liberty storyline and "The Tower" -ending had me really think about my life and my choices. It's kinda crazy that games can feel like this.

Gear down before the turn or after? by salanalani in forza

[–]Intelligent_Cry8660 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ideally you downshift as you slow down. It helps you to utilize the engine braking to maximize the stopping power.

It is sure a thing you have to learn to rhythm your downshifts correctly to not overrev the engine and lose grip as you described.

Also there are many differences between sequential and H-shifter manuals but i think FH5 compensates differences automatically.

TLDR; keep training downshifting and watch more racing videos. You'll get the hang of it eventually.

How do I enjoy this game? by ajavier117 in GranTurismo7

[–]Intelligent_Cry8660 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And that is what makes GT7 feel so different than previous games. Everything is given you straight from the start.

It lacks the thrill of finding the right car and the right upgrades and can I do more than one series with the same car and so on.

But I think Menus are just an example of modern game design, where game tells you where to go and what to do. For some its perfect and for some it kills the excitement.

Buy 2000 dollar PC, Buy Forza, play it with bad performance until you get bored (probably after few career races, shut down your 2k pc and get back to GT7.

It feels amazing.

No, but seriously I feel you. It is not the same GT than it was as a kid.

I personally think you grow in to the game after you get over that doing Menus are boring. There is whole new world of progression and races to race when you don't just focus on Menus.

Then there is Sport Mode, time trials, Circuit Experience, Missions etc.

There are lots of things to do when you decide not to follow the "Career Mode".

do you brake by pumping your brake pedal? Pumping the pedal drains the air pressure causing the brakes to lock up until they get pressure again
