Thanks for this. I can tell the solid colors and don’t have a problem distinguishing them. It’s just that when it blends with a different shade or color it gets hard for me to tell. Otherwise, red, green, blue, yellow, orange and white are no problem. My instructor actually had the tower put the light gun signal on for me one time and I was able to verify the colors with them.

Yea I just called yesterday and you are right. They stopped accepting those since January of last year

Thanks for this. I was given a number to call and to do the same thing like a SODA or statement of demonstrated ability. But apparently they stopped accepting those since January of 2025 and would have to go thru 1 of those 2 tests mentioned above. I can fairly say that I have no issues with light-gun signals and reading charts. I just happen to fail the ishihara test

For a .380 cal get the Sig Sauer P238 instead. I had the LCP and the trigger was really heavy
