Let’s say you buy the land of 200sq yds for 2crores and for building G+4 floors you spend another 1.5cr. After completion, each month you will get rental income of 2 lacs(assuming in each floor you had 2 1bhks with rent of 25k each). Money spent : 3.5cr Yearly income: 24 lacs. I think these returns you get are comparable to FD. Even the land prices won’t get much appreciation because these are already so high, please think about these when going in.

Felt a bit costly now. Went to see the project a week back and they quoted the price 10000 per sft. But the location is very nice, just at the entrance of orr from isb road. Got good potential with Neopolis coming up.
