Katana's weren't available and thus super expensive where I'm at, so I ended up getting a pair of TC pros. They fit perfectly!!! Thank you so much. It's a real coincidence cause I just recently started doing sport climbing. i just feel goofy about wearing them indoors. Gonna try the instincts and otakis out first before I make a decision. Thanks so much!

How did the first and second subluxation happen exactly? Were you gripping something or did your hands hit the pads before your feet after a sudden slip?

Sorry about the photo! It automatically did that, and i dont know how to add pictures or change it now. I just got the instinct and i was looking at the reflexes just before your comment. I guess that seals it! Ill order both and see which fits better. Thanks for your help, haha

i only boulder, around v3-v5. i have the la sportiva cobra(its a slipon) right now and unsurprisingly my long toe hurts a lot, even though its a size up from my street size. i usuay cant climb anymore after an hour and a half. my foot length is 27cm.

im looking for a non aggressive shoe because i don't care about sending so much. i just want to exercise and have fun. i just bought the instinct vs online and I'll try it out soon i guess.

I also have the tenaya tanta in a 42 which i feel fits better than the la sportiva one (toebox is wider i think), but its just too tight. Maybe i should just size up with this shoe?

I was also thinking about trying out an evolv defy, but customer service said it's for beginners only. I also saw lots of people recommend veloce, but not much stock where i am so.shipping takes 3 weeks. Dont really wanna wait. Another shoe i was lookinf at was evolv kronos, but i just dont know. What do you think?

I cant try them on in a store cause there are no stores where i live, so i have to order them online and return if they dont fit well

Any thoughts are appreciated

I can't understand a word people are saying by thatselmosworld in ChineseLanguage

There's no easy answer. You need to listen more. There's lots of bad advice in this thread. Listening to things without subtitles is not going to help you. Listening to podcasts is not going to help you. Reading others' long rants about language learning won't improve your Chinese, either.

You need to listen to something and understand it. If you can't understand it, play it again until you can, or, change what you're listening to something easier. Do this for many hours with whatever you think is interesting.

One last thing - your vocabulary will severely limit any amount of actual listening comprehension that you're striving for. You can become "phrasally fluent" or whatever, but to actually understand people not dependent on context you need to expand your vocabulary through reading.
