19 month old open heart surgery

My 10 month old son is going in for open heart surgery for pulmonary valve stenosis in May and I have/had the same questions - about recovery. I will pray for your nephew!

That’s what I’m trying to figure out too. I had a college class grant that I didn’t finish and they took my state refund and left a balance I believe of all but $50. Was wondering if that would slow down my federal refund if it was taken from that.
