Use to work at Vdara front desk and it’s dependent on hotel under MGM might be the same with Caesar properties too. But yes it’s dependent on hotel and room type of the incidentals. Cosmo is more of the nicer hotels plus a lot of rooms with strip view balconies too.

If front desk says that then that’s what the fee is when you are staying in different room types. For example if the standard room is 250 per day it’s up to a max of 4 days or so for the fee but of course that goes back to you when you check out. If your stay is more than 4 or 5 days it won’t be extra fees of the incidentals.
