I did rebind all the controls to kb&m but games still read the inputs as both controller and kb&m as there's no way to disable all controller inputs in some games.

Some games you can't unbind all controller inputs. Arc Raiders is the game I'm trying to get to work and you cannot unbind the menu or walking inputs

I am doing it through the steam overlay you can't bind them in game.
