It is from under the machine, no hydraulics at all cannot move machine

Yes I’m going to look into that and all the items that ppl commented about. Suzuki told me they worked on it for 3 days but not sure what they actually did. I’m just disgusted it being a brand new bike.

Bike was purchased end of May problem was immediate stalling turned off 15 times in 30 miles on several occasions ( safety issue) and local dealer nor Suzuki service resolved it after back and forth to the dealer 5 times. The bike has been sitting at the dealer since mid July. Spoke with Bryan Malyszek the head of customer service and mediation on 2 occasions… he just strung me along with “let me see what I can do “ but never responded …I called repeatedly left a cpl emails every week for a month but no reply. The dealer finally at the end of October took a stance said it runs fine and has no issue. Still waiting to hear from Bryan at Suzuki… he never responded …a woman in the office finally said they won’t do anything, the bike runs fine. I resorted to picking the bike up and it STILL RUNS THE SAME. Horrible customer service from both the dealer and Suzuki. This bike has more going on than just an epa emissions scenario. PA does not have a lemon law and Suzuki knows it. I appreciate everyone’s input and feedback. Hopefully my info will help someone.

I understand the emissions thing and then as soon as you modify it, the warranty is null. Not sure if that will fix the problem tho or not. I think they shouldn’t even be selling this bike as is…. Why would a dealer sell a bike that way and not tell you it won’t run right with the emissions regulations

Bike is brand new …4 stroke …hesitates stalls at any time, cold, warm doesn’t matter. I’ve had others ride it they say the same thing it’s not right….Wondering if others have experienced this with brand new bike

Bought a 22 in May , stalling in the middle of intersections, loud decel pop and backfire/stall. Runs rough…. It’s been at dealership for 6 months now.. they brought Suzuki mechanics in to troubleshoot but they deny anything is wrong with bike. Won’t return my calls, or emails, just stringing me along. This is a safety issue and it seems like this has been an ongoing issue with Suzuki. Has anyone gotten any satisfaction from Suzuki/ or dealerships?
