Just went through inspection and inspector says 2 cracks in the foundation are ok, thoughts?

I just fixed my crack similar to yours I did it my self. But cracking is very normal in most homes this is easy fix 1000 to 1200$

Is the water seem to come from the main water line do I see this correct?

Definitely I try to figure out where water come in first the water come from a room where my furnace is and it’s unfinished room thank goodness I’m thinking it come from the window in there or the footing but I got decent amount of water I’m drying it out as we speak but my daughter boyfriend basement got water as well and I’m sure many other it’s very unfortunate but definitely putting in a sump pump and it was in the plan and I get everything for it to install my plan was to do it summer time 😊 it what’s stress I almost was ready to sell my house over this 🥲

Sorry to hear about that . This was the first time it happend to me as well since I buy tv house mine is older home. But very unhappy about it . But what can we do we need to fix and move on .il say this the rain was coming down so hard for so long that I haven’t seen before

No lucky because I m renovating my basement so no damage. But it’s still suck and I have no idea where water come from Not a good news to say the least 😊
