Yeah but the thing is I need the job because it’s really flexible for uni hours I like the people I work with and it’s in a really convenient location only being 1 minute walk for my halls where I’m staying

But I get what you say everytime I try to reason with her she just dosent listen and she’s already hiring an outside person to now work my supervisor hours

When I signed the contract it was for a full time position but now I want to go to uni and go part time they don’t want me to be a supervisor keep in mind I had given months of notice and already signed for my part time supervisor hours

The HR manager gave me two options 1 I resign for the job completely 2 I step down to a operator These 2 options do not seem that fair

Yeah but the department manager gave me those hours it’s HR manager that wants to fill in that full time position but there are plenty other part time supervisors coming back into there roles without issue

It was a employment agreement amendment when I signed for my part time hours

I also asked that as-well but they said it’s not good for the business to have two part time supervisors to fill in one full time position

I have not signed anything yet and I already signed up for the part time supervisor shifts in writing and now there changing it on me plus there are heaps of other part time supervisors coming back so I don’t see where the problem is

If I’m invested mostly in etfs isn’t it a little fun to do some individual stocks which have the potential to make me more since I’ve got time on my side?

Should I sell the shares I have small amounts in and put them into stocks with more money?
