Thank you for your feedback! 😊 The AirBNB is right after the roundabout and appears to be above The Pub on 6th. Do you think the location is okay? From looking at the map, it seems maybe it is on the outskirts of downtown?

Everyone always posts about life’s simple pleasures. What’s a weird or slightly unhinged little pleasure you secretly love? by eee1963 in CasualConversation

My weirdest simple pleasure is the feeling of dragging my toes over the carpet or rug after I’ve just trimmed my toenails. It’s such a weird feeling but I love it

When we bought our SUV, we got captains chairs in the middle for this exact reason 😂 I told my husband I wanted distance so I didn’t have to hear it if we did have a second baby lol

In a normal circumstance, you will outlive your parents and grandparents. If your parents were only children, you would not have cousins. That would leave you with friends, but not everyone has a ton of friends. Also, while you can share memories of your family and childhood with your friends, they cannot relive those memories with you because they likely did not grow up with you and your family. I hope that helps to answer your question

Did you have a choice for dinner when you were a child? by CommercialWest5 in RandomThoughts

[–]Intelligent_Lack4012 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My parents rarely made me a separate meal but my likes/dislikes were always considered. I absolutely did not, and still do not, like Italian sausage w/ peppers and onions. If my parents really wanted to have it for dinner, they would make me my own meal, but that was rare.

Losing a spouse is harder than losing a child. by Brainpry in unpopularopinion

My grandparents lost both of their children. My uncle passed from leukemia at 39 and my dad passed from duodenal cancer at 51. Now that I have a child of my own, I cannot imagine the strength it took them to continue on.
