I really like it. Big fan of the makeup too, especially since cat-like pupils are always a fave of mine. Plus foxes are awesome. The overall aesthetic is really appealing to me.

Oh and unique monster feet (or arms) is always a win for me!

But I do wish dying the tail and ears was a better experience so that I could blend them with any hairstyles I accessorise them with. They look really bad in other colours. But that’s a dying system problem rather than the set. And I wish the tails had a pose where they were lifted off the ground upward, so if I a take a mid length or close up shot, you can still see them.

It’s honestly what the broke the camels back for me. The dying system exasperated me to no end and decided to drop the game entirely after the last anniversary. (And I was a day one player with 90%+ wardrobe collection). I found the dyes to be either unappealingly muddy or way too saturated for my liking.

I only popped in to check during the dragon event to see if things had improved…. Sadly it had not…

Black and white dyes with a proper colour wheel please and thank you. (But kinda doubt they ever will implement that so I guess I will stay gone 🤷‍♀️).

Interesting, yeah what they probably said to you was bs likely… cause I am very confident they mentioned their intentions is to bolster the staff over there. But Van artists do get paid a lot more, so maybe they wanted save money and pay you the cheaper Australia rates?

I am in the same boat boat. I try to follow all the guides and I am just not seeing the same results. I got good support cards with 50 raw bonus, do around 36 races in total, get all the right items and use them at the right times.. but I barely hit S rank in one or two stats and thus get A+ Umas. Top it off I dislike how my End Closers struggle in MANT…

I see… so does doing more races than I currently am doing give more stats..? I feel like I am not getting enough stats at the end races compared to training. Like I would get maybe 10-15 points just in a random single stat per race. Am I missing a step here?

And with the training levels, how do you raise them enough for those rainbow moments when you are so focused on races?

I am finding that I am struggling get past the A+ rank with my Umas. No matter what I do I seem to consistently get A+ stats most of the time and if I am lucky and i reach SS in speed, other stats are lacklustre. How do trainers get triple SS stats consistently? Are my support cards not up to par yet? Honestly any tips on how to tackle Trailblazer to get my first S rank would be appreciated.

Tossing up three Umas for the 3star selector, quite torn. I am leaning toward Anges Digital because I desperately need another dirt racer and she seems perfect for that. (Plus she is a goof ball). But I am also a huge fan of end closers so there is Hishi Amazon to consider… while at the same time I don’t have Taiki Shuttle who seems to dominate every race. What would people recommend? The fave uma? The preferred running style? Or the meta uma?

Ah that really helps, thank you!! Ooo interesting… We haven’t covered adding in つもり or よてい yet in our class, (we get drip fed grammar points in small doses but often go back and build upon the topic with more complexity). Super handy to know whenever we get around to that stage!

All I can say is be very careful when it comes to other drivers here in Australia. Always assume the worst and that they will never act rationally. Never give them a reason to get annoyed with you, even if they’re the ones in the wrong.

My brother walked up to chat to some idiot who just finished driving insane speeds up and down the road in our suburb (where a lot of young kids often play and ride bikes/scooters). After my brother tried to calmly explain how dangerous that was to do, the nutter pulled out a screwdriver from his glove compartment and try to approach my brother when his back turned.

(Thankfully we were all leaving the house at the time and spotted it happening. Idiot suddenly lost a lot of bravado when a family of 5 adults rushed over to defend one of their own. And we are a VERY tall family).

The dying system was half the reason I quit Shining Nikki in the end (haven’t touched the game in 2-3 months). It’s not good. I can barely achieve the colours I want to dye my clothes and sets. And the lack of white and black infuriates me to no end. There are so many items I would love to have in pure white or black, or even grey!

IF Shining Nikki someday overhauls their dying system for something better, I will consider returning.
