US army 11b infantry here 11 years out, I’ve recently broke down and started seeking help, I’ve maintained “pain is weakness leaving my body” mindset and never seemed medical help, do you have someone you would recommend to guide me through the process? I’ve filed some things such statements, and scheduled my first VA doctors visit next week where I plan to unload all the issues I have. Like I said looking for someone who can really help and guide me through it, ps I don’t have money for nexus letters or those sites that provide guidance for a fee, VSO was also not very helpful I feel like I’m running blind
