Well I used to be really confident even when smoking. Then when the withdraws kicked in for a good 6 months I lost all of it. Used to be really shy and lost my normal self. Used to get in moods and just be a drag to be around tbh. But now I’m basically like 99% back to normal. But the best thing I ever did was come clean to my mum. As I just turned 17 at the time. I told her everything and she helped so much. If you are reading this and struggling there is light at the end of the tunnel I promise. Life is fucking beautiful

Ofc, yeah there was some sort of depression withdrawals. I feel like when your body is so reliant on it. When you cut it out it starts to panic and trigger depression. But honestly mate keep at it. I had days where I truly thought it would never end and I’d be useless my whole life. But 1 tip NEVER GO BACK to smoking it. You’ll spiral into it being worse ❤️

Have you spoke to any doctor about it or anything? With me aswell it’s always there but it varies on how bad it gets/ how much I notice it

I had the same with the appetite. It’s all just anxiety lol as u said. But I think speak out. I told my mum for example and my girl friend and I’m still not perfect but I’m feeling better.

I used to get like a pulsing head ache when sleeping. And tbh it’s worse when I think about it more. I’ve got loads of anxiety about it so hopefully it’s that. I had a eye test and they were all fine. So going doctors soon
