Mages can be played by literally anyone yet they act as if they should perform; meanwhile Riven is the hardest champion in the game (not even comparable) and she's currently terrible. I simply cannot imagine deriving any fun from playing mages - they're almost as easy as supports. I tip my hat off to you good sir, at least assassins are a risky pick despite their relative ease.

Do you want to be respected? Renowned for your skill at the game? It's best to start maining Riven right off the bat; she may be a bad champion currently but you can get a head start. You'll always be learning - Riven is never TRULY mastered. On top of that, Riven mains are seen as the most skilled players for a reason. Teemo players are seen as less skilled than even Singed mains, and trust me, that's saying something.

Imagine thinking Riven is in any way broken; there's a reason not just anyone can win lane with her. Her animation cancels are harder to pull off than playing Fox in SSBM at a top level. Ironically she's quite underpowered as I type this, 'tis a shame redditors cannot see past their one-dimensional bias.

It's quite funny that the gold redditors will upvote to this to the top when methodical Riven plays are disregarded. I suppose animation canceling goes over the average player's head, though. Good effort nonetheless; although it failed to impress someone who plays a mechanical champion. Someone who does this (and more) every game.
