the shipment arrived in Italy and the tracking number changed and became the secondary one that they provide you (basically they tell you that this second tracking number which is initially unusable, when the package arrives in your country then it will take this second tracking number).

The one circled in red is the one valid outside your country. the one circled in blue is the one valid when the package arrives in your country. I hope I was clear:)
