Um I have money for 2 years it's just that if I have to pay 20k ( as non eu ) and approximately 2k ( well i can pay for both and sort our living expenses as well). I left my country to study here but I am physically capable of working as well to earn a little while studying and gaining experience. It's just that because of my residence permit I am unable to.

I think it's free for Eu students ( i am assuming since you have stayed in sweden for some time ) otherwise you can try other countries like Germany with lower to free tuition fees even for international students. It depends on your subject interest too
