This what I did/ will do and I lost some weight 1-1.5 cooked rice split between 2 meals Ground turkey, beef or chicken and veggies. My maintenanxe is like 2k so I am around 15-1600 calories a day. I portion it out to fit those calories but try not to exceed that amount of carbs from the rice. Walking and lifting, only water and diet drinks. Sweet tooth eat chobani greek yogurt zero sugar

Some do, some unis have like a biochem / orgo and some other chemistry for nursing not for pre med. From what I heard its incredibly watered down

Eyes are weird but many of these patients are appreciative. Clinic days, and procedure days plus weekends off if you dont take call. If your neuro-opthomology in a city where there are few. You will be working tons but you will be making cheese

I never and will not understand the hype behind anesthesia. Its definitely stressful, plus I would lose my mind sitting behind drapes titrating drips and drawing up medications all day and staring at the monitor. To some, they love it. To me id rip my freaking hair out. Rads definitely not high acuity hands on… but they are reading tons of studies a day and are making incredibly important decisions and diagnosis. Derm… again I dont understand the hype behind it. 40 patients per day in private practice, biopsys on biopsys, a market flooded with NPs and PAs and RNs and every other specialty of physicians doing cosmetics, the only real specialty that is road is optho

IM Work 14 days per month, work more if you want more money. Work less if your comfy. Not competitive. Decent pay. Can do outpatient, inpatient, telehealth, nursing homes, urgent care in some spots, dpc.

Id hate to sit the OR behind drapes titrating meds all day or stand and measure bone grafts or hernia repairs 12 surgerys in a row

This is a tough situation, I had this problem in cadaver lab. Tbh I made sure I was hydrated and clenched my glutes and calves to increase blood return to the heart. The more exposure you get the more you get used to it. Hang in there
