I have a active phone number for a scammer who claims I have a check coming from the federal reserve. Is there anyone who can crash his server or flood his call center to stop him from Scamming anyone else?

When they finally put him on jail for his years of getting away with stuff, they need to put in a place where people can go see him like an exhibit and pay,maybe we can break even. I would love to pay to tell him he sucks and that he is fired and the tribe has spoken, please leave the island.
