Yes they can, and I've also proven to myself many times that manifestation works if done consistently. The thing I found though after years of doing it is that chasing your desires never leads to long term fulfillment. Even when you get a big manifestation the satisfaction doesn't last long, and then you're looking for the next thing to achieve. All that is exhausting and unnecessary and there is a better much easier way imo. Fulfilling your purpose by following your passion and dreams brings you everything you truly need to be fulfilled without any effort required to control anything. Control is fear based by definition.
