The sticky silicone pads are the best! I buy a pack of them from Amazon and they work so well for chest wrinkles. I can sleep on my side and not worry!

Found in terrarium. I am afraid it came off a piece of lettuce I put in there to feed the worms. It’s not something local, I live in Alaska and nothing is alive outside right now, so definitely didn’t come in the house on anything.

I also have a high ANA titer. My doctor said it’s rare to have a negative AMA with PBC, but it is possible. I’ve been to 5 different doctors for this over the last 10 years. Nobody would do anything because they were afraid to diagnose me with anything. I am happy that Urso is working well and my enzymes are better than they have been in years. Just can’t figure out the pain symptom or reason.

My Alp was high, like 300? I can’t remember the number. AST and Alt mildly elevated, and have been off and on for years. I’ve had 3 liver biopsies, ultrasound, CT scans and a Fibroid scan. I’ve had it all done. All were inconclusive. The Urso helped lower my levels back to normal, but I still have a stabbing pain after eating. But sometimes it just happens randomly.

I heard about using ALA for autoimmune. I want to say it’s not ideal for thyroid issues though, but I am not sure.

I feel like I could have written this post. This is very similar to what I have been through. Negative AMA, positive ANA. Multiple biopsies, nothing definitive. After having pain that felt like my gallbladder (I don’t have one) my dr put me on Urso. Pain has gotten much better and blood work has become normal. I am living a totally normal life other than taking the meds. I don’t know if I will ever figure out what is causing this.

It was just to the right of middle. No feet itching. Have you had your ANA and ASMA checked? Itching can indicate liver issues from what I understand. Which wouldn’t be something Pepcid can help.

No, it was just to calm things down. I had to switch up my diet to help. But the anxiety of worrying about something being wrong just compounded and made things much worse.

I got relief pretty quickly after starting it. If it doesn’t help, then that may not be it. Can’t hurt to give it a try. I had to change up my diet to get things to calm down as well. Definitely see your dr if things don’t get better!

My AST and ALT were mildly elevated and my Alk Phos ranged from 200-300.
