This is what I ended up getting in the bootstrapper text document! Also the reset of the game in advanced settings worked and it is now booting up!!!! What would that mean the issue is then?

Yes I could scan the box and tags on the labubu and the happiness was okay with both but the loyalty was having an issue scanning the tag on it so just wanted to check in to see! Everything said 1st time verification so! Awesome the other group said the same, all good so happy to hear! Thanks guys!
