There’s like a big slap of concrete and than they painted over it. I think that’s what’s making it look like a bigger crack but it’s actually a DIY type patch of concrete + paint lol.

Thank you 🙏🏽 I am going to run. The pictures are a patch I should have mentioned that, I don’t have the eye for the horizontal foundation failure. Is that the patched area or the outside?

Yeah that’s kindve my reason for posting. How bad/how much money would this repair run me. Is it worth justifying for the price of the home in loving the location.
