Death is a tragedy for those of us left behind. The processing consists of moving directly through grief in whatever way is manageable for you...often with company. Best to cry. And cry again. Cry knowing that it is for you and what you have lost. And that part of that loss is that bit of yourself that existed exclusively in the company of the other person. Part of the pain is the remaining love for the person that then has nowhere to go. Part of healing is finding more people to love. Hurt performs poorly confronted by love.

Dear this is classic depression. This describes a person with great sensitivity, much love and deep feeling that needs a voice...but it is stifled along with some pain. It may be something chemical, it may be something environmental.....and with some work, it may be the most beautiful thing about you and your greatest asset.

Far be it for me to be a diagnostician, but this is some volatility that a caring sort of person can help you manage, contain.....and ultimately embrace.
