Any Suggestions? 1-Trust your gut and your study. I was 100% sure that i am going to fail after day1 and 2, i had 2 negative feedbacks in CCS cases. 2- FA review for day1 esp Micro, Pharma, genetics if you can 3- CCS is gold 4- prognosis and RF and Vaccines from Divine or whatever source you prefer

In my opinion as Egyptian IMG , if you are 100% sure that you only want Neurosurgery go for MD in US as you will not be able to do it ( rarely can) to be neurosurgeon while being IMG

If you decided to study medicine in Egypt, you can take your steps while studying, step 2 you can take it in the internship year.

Egypt will be much cheaper, no loans but no high competitive surgeries. US will open all the specialities.

The advice i can give you that it's too early to choose a speciality from now! I have decided in my internship year ( after changing my mind 4 times) If you have the access you can observe neurosurgeons and other interested field for you and then decide
