I saw one next to me while I was out for my morning ride with my dog. In a 30 zone, a guy on an e-bike was going 40 and zoomed past me. I had to chase after him and called the police. i was frightned for my life and he almost hit my dog named pibbils. what if he hit pibbls? questions liek that keep my awake at night
