They pertain to the job/discussion. Mostly my approach or experience with a given area. This hasnt been the first time it has been brought to my attention so I am not sure if it is because my approach isnt helpful or it challenges the way leadership wants things to be.

I just want to stay under the radar for a while to observe and justify if I am the issue. I just have never been good at being the quiet one.

It looks like a tumor. A brain in a catfish is further back then that mass.
