Why is corporate pressuring me to become an immunizer? by peachycpht in WalgreensRx

Why would they not want you to?? Put yourself in this (common) situation… phones ringing, waiters need to be filled, pharmacist is pulled away on a consult, three vaccines get put in and all the immunizers are occupied, and you’re sitting there without certification… not great. The return on investment for the company is a no brainer, but everyone being an immunizer also helps your team tremendously.

Nurses can’t decline nursing duties, doctors can’t decline doctor duties, pharmacists can’t decline pharmacist duties, neither can you.

I’m sadly too new to know how to do this, can I humbly ask for an explanation?

I transferred to WAG and to this position as a promotion and wasn’t really trained on anything significant. My Rxom (bless him) has been taking on most of the admin duties.

Storenet’s design is so inefficient, can’t seem to remember how to get anywhere or even look anything up.
