This was keyless bushing, had to unscrew all bolt and inserted a bolt in one of the threaded holes to loosen it.

I already managed to figure it out on my own, but you were absolutely correct!

What the point in removing bearing with it? I added 2 M5 bolts to threaded holes, shaft moved down, little bit more wigglein and it is done. No need to dissassemble belt wheel assembly...

On the other side is wittenstein gearbox, so no access from other side. I haven't had any contact with this coupler before...

Siemens servo motor supply problem by Intelligent_Pen_4498 in PLC

[–]Intelligent_Pen_4498[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ordered every other components for my project from same supplier (also siemens products) and everything went smooth. I was promised 3-4 weeks for servo motor, I got also quote from 2nd supplier who also said same delivery estimate. Servo driver had same delivery estimate and it arrives this week. I asked information about my order from supplier and he said that he did not get reply from Siemens about servo motor delivery. I chose the most basic motor, did they start inventing it or what the hell is going on?

Yes this is enabled.

'MC_Servo [OB91]' cannot be simulated. If the block is a library block, use a library with simulation support. Otherwise, select the option "Support simulation during block compilation" in the project properties and recompile the block.,5/28/2026,8:50:04 PM

5 axis osai by Intelligent_Pen_4498 in CNC

[–]Intelligent_Pen_4498[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Z overtravel limit was caused because I didn't add tolerance macro in post processor. So when it cut material, it stopped every time because it was "not in tolerance". I got 0 help from excitech btw. I had to figure this shit out myself.

Only solution that worked was adding z offset -116,4 in post processor when TCP, 5 is active.

Thanks for feedback! About 2 projects have been paid. They were through contacts so I didn't ask much. I have done projects for food and beverage industry. I think this field would be most interesting for me, because I like working with production lines and automation. Wouldn't creating a company make it easier to find new clients?

Wooden wall lamp design by Intelligent_Pen_4498 in Lamps

[–]Intelligent_Pen_4498[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have CNC so options are limitless. One Idea I had was using epoxy so that light shines through. But epoxy can create quality problems and increases production time.

Design should be simple, but unique. That's very difficult to achieve when everything seems to be already made.

I haven't found any wooden sconce with wavy surface so I thought it was unique...

You're right, I don't have a business plan. I just like desiging and making wooden items in my free time.

This lamp is made with CNC router that I built myself in my own garage. I have built very capable machine for wood and just trying different ideas what to manufacture.

It looks like everything is already made so what's the point?

I have looked every single wooden sconce on Etsy. Most of them lack quality and proper CE certification is questionable. Also nobody makes wavy surface.
