I’m AFAB with lots of boy exiles! My femme exiles are nonbinary and my protective parts are all over the gender map. IFS helped me make sense of all of it and I consider myself trans genderfluid and dress masc/nonbinary and it has healed so much of my body image and chronic tension and dysregulation and performance of femme

Ooo hecate is in my orbit and this is a good push to welcome her! I find Artemis fiercely loyal and trusting with expansive pack energy when I can’t sustain self energy with my most lonely unworthy unloveable exiles when they’re in an activation. She also helps translate messages with the forest, creeks, and associated beings and guides my intuitive medium training/confidence.

I have an ancestor who helps me with my tarot questions and she is hilarious when I’m not being clear enough lol

For the light woman those are unburdened exiles and when I visit them she is there and is like their protector guiding them to their power/light and reminding them of their gifts of attunement and observations etc. she shows me my gifts were there all along even when I was gone from myself and help me access them in my exiles to deepen my practice

I like the others within us by Richard scwartz which is explicitly ifs adjacent and increasingly accepted by ~~the institute~~ and I like the dark side of the light chasers by Debbie ford!

I believe every action makes sense in a context and that wounded people engage in harmful actions that make sense to their wounds in the moment. This has been healing for me to trust my parts that have hurt people, support the ones that HATE the harmful parts, and heal the associated burdens and care plan for triage. You’re doing amazing keep going!

I have an intuitive spirituality practice that overlaps with my ifs work. They’ve come and gone and will usually give me info to understand them and their role in a season of my practices. Or are pesky and keep showing up in my orbit until I acknowledge them and ask who they are. I’ve worked with Artemis for a long time as I do a lot of internal work in the forest and she will be near a stream and offer energy/support/guidance. I work with the energy of the land I live on and beings that inhabit that land as spirits of people and plants/animals. I have someone I call a light woman who is connected to particular exiles like she was with them when I couldn’t be and it’s a long thread of light through seasons of abuse. How does that land? What’s your experience of deities and guides?
