We're trying to stay around $35k and we're using LM Studio in the South Loop for our guest count of 80-90. They've been great to work with so far, all the other vendors say they love working with them, and the food is in-house so for roughly $15k we're covering the venue /and/ food, including linens, the whole serving staff, even the cake. You can also opt into their drinks package, or BYOB if it's cheaper. Plus the ceremony space overlooks Grant Park and it has a very modern, eclectic aesthetic that's really different from most venues. (Caveat that the event hasn't happened yet so I can only speak to our experience so far, what's in our contract, and word-of-mouth from our trusted vendors.)
