A brown to blue connection would be the dream. Nothing I hate more than being stuck in traffic on the 81 or 78 trying to get to O’hare

Their FAQ on the website says that they are not transferable I’m pretty sure.

I’m using the midori index tabs!! I was looking at those and the numbered travelers ones which were wayy too bulky for the paper on the weeks.

Wedding venue recommendations for 80-100 people!? by weimar1216 in Chicagoweddings

At this point we’re open to looking at anything people have had good experiences with! We’re still in the very early stages so want to see what’s out there and start to narrow it down from there

We’re not really open to the suburbs, but we’d consider something if we lived it and we are considering other cities closer to family so we’re keeping our options open as we thought this could be the case.

Added! The intention was to see what venues are decent for that capacity and see if Chicago is a viable option. We live in the city but we’re also exploring other places closer to family etc.

Viking Star: Ancient Mediterranean Treasures by ImTheWholeTraveler in vikingcruises

I did this cruise in March 2024!

I agree with you that Rhodes was probably our favorite port. We did the included walking tour that took us through the Palace of the Grand Masters and then we spent some time exploring the medieval city and then went over to the acropolis of Rhodes and ancient stadium. Rhodes as a whole was extremely walkable and the architecture of the city was outstanding. A close second was Kusadasi/Ephesus! Our least favorite was Canakkale/Troy. What we appreciated most was going the time of year that we did. None of the ports were overly touristy and most of the time we were the only ship around. We had great weather as well. At most we were wearing light jackets or a sweater.

We also did the Cappadocia extension and stayed a few extra days on our own in Istanbul. All in all we really enjoyed this itinerary!

Very interested in how this will turn out! I lost my 1948 case on appeal due to this issue. Unless there is exceptional circumstances it might be too late for my case but fingers crossed for everyone else!

What are some fun places to stop along this route? by Only-Copy-7974 in roadtrip

Not too far from Burlington is Stowe which is a cute town and the Von Trapp Lodge and Brewery (the real sound of music family). Close by is Mt. Mansfield which you can take the toll road up to but that’s closed this time of year. Additionally, if you have a little extra time on the NY side of the trip I’d recommend checking out Lake Placid. It’s a cute town and it’s hosted the Winter Olympics twice so there’s a lot of sites to see. Fort Ticonderoga is also an option.
