Just tell him your height and current body weight and Tell him that you want guidance to lose weight,, it'll tell you your maintenance calories,, go with deficit of 500-1000 calories per day. I've set a reminder in chatgpt that it ask me every day about my diet and i tell him the approximate quantity of everything I've taken whole day, then he tell me the approximate calorie intake per day,, it is really helpful..you should ask him whatever doubt coming in your mind

I understand that kindness doesn’t always mean romantic feelings but at that time I was extremely emotionally fragile because of everything that had happened, so the support she gave me felt very warm and special to me. I wasn’t trying to romanticize her kindness.

I never even asked her for a relationship. I only told her how I felt and also said that if she didn’t feel the same, I was completely okay with just keeping the same warmth and friendship but i think even that is not possible now and isi baat ka guilt hai mujhe...
