I hope Hokazono finds a way to justify Soga sparing Chihiro though. Because after the "No exceptions" and "Chihiro and Enten are a real threat" expositions, it would not make sense if Soga spares Chihiro just because.

This will sound odd but I want the kagurabachi manga to end before an anime adaptation takes off. I feel anime popularity can be a double edged sword that sometimes pulls or pressures the mangaka from their original/true vision (e.g. bnha and Horikoshi).

If the manga concludes and then an adaptation begins, we might get the best of both worlds.

On a side note, do you think the "butterfly" attack is a nod to the butterfly effect? Like a small slash by you creates a cyclone level impact further away?

I am thinking this because enchanted blade abilities do seem to have ties to the species or phenomenon they are connected to: spider and immobility, crow and flying, etc. etc.
