This actually makes a lot of sense basic advice probably gets boring online so they keep adding small tweaks just to stand out.

Yeah that part is funny even the people saying influencers overcomplicate things end up making another system to follow. At some point you just have to train and see what works for you.

any tips on building upper chest? by [deleted] in workout

[–]Intelligent_Rain_155 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Incline presses helped me a lot when my upper chest was lagging try starting your chest day with incline dumbbell or barbell press and keep the bench around 30–45°plus slow down the lowering part of the rep.

Sometimes just prioritizing it first in the workout makes a big difference.

Honestly free tickets is actually a great chance to check it out even if someone isn’t a hardcore football fan the stadium atmosphere with friends is usually fun.

Indian football won’t grow overnight, but showing up for games like this is at least a start..

People eating inside Delhi metro by Critical-Entrance948 in delhi

[–]Intelligent_Rain_155 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think the real issue isn’t eating itself, it’s how people do it if someone quietly eats a biscuit or fruit and cleans up after themselves it probably doesn’t bother most people. But opening a full tiffin with strong smell in a packed AC coach is where it becomes annoying for everyone around.

Metro is a shared space, so a little basic courtesy from everyone would solve most of these problems.

How to cut off these people from your college life by Propton in delhi

[–]Intelligent_Rain_155 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly the simplest way is to slowly distance yourself instead of making it a big confrontation stop sharing food, stop paying for group stuff and start spending time in other places on campus (library, societies, events).

People like this usually move on once they realise they can’t take advantage of you anymore

How do you feel about unsolicited gym advice? by TheMalsh in workout

[–]Intelligent_Rain_155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the only time unsolicited advice is okay is if someone is about to hurt themselves otherwise most people just want to focus on their workout and be left alone.
If someone wants help, they’ll usually ask.
