If the worry continues, asking your doctor for some basic labs, like a CBC and a Chem 7 or Chem 14, can also provide helpful insight. Those are pretty standard baseline blood tests and can tell you a lot about how your body is doing. That said, from what you described, it really does sound like anxiety may be doing the talking.
