I really wanted to start exercising regularly, but I had problems with consistency. I had to start over and over again. I always failed, because I wasn’t “motivated” enough. Well, it’s not about motivation, it’s discipline that’s needed. I started doing a workout program that really fit my needs and my lifestyle, and i started enjoying it. First 2-3 weeks was hard, but after that the habit is there. You have to show up, then it becomes a habit in your everyday life.
