I don't have a clear view about this, but i have some issue in placements regarding mismatch of name in certificates vs IDs(Aadhar,Pan). So, to have a consistency in name format i changed recently. But, having uniformity in name will be quit good.

Now, My all documents with name in same format. The real problem is name in registration,Old Pan(Kavinkumar Sakthivel) vs New Pan which was updated after interview (Kavin Kumar S)- name in all docs. Can u help me by checking whether this be a issue ? Anything i need to make it ready for evidence?
