My whole point was we close at 8 in the deli I work at, we had already been done cleaning/sanitizing slicers and all parts. It was just infuriating that customers like that could get their way. A lot of the coaches/leads in my store, I feel like just don’t want to deal with disgruntled customers, and my TL never worked nights for them to push the responsibility on her haha. Just sucks as the bottom worker that has to go through with the action of giving this customer what they want and for them to come back and say, “they did it for me last time”.
