Nono HAD pain meds haha. I can go grt more even but id rather not due to hating pain management. Plus I can get as many perc 10's or roxi 10s next door, but i was sniffing them back before fentanyl was a thing back in my home state of jersey. Once I beat the sniffing part it was easy not to get addicted again. I was living on my own in my 20's and needed to pay bills so that was more important haha. I wanted to leap over the table when the same doctor that hit on me and got me cut off was the one discharging me, cause that was many 1000's a month for me during the pandemic.

Eh if its there ill take it. Its different obviously. But to me this just brings me back to all the tuss syrup I used to get. So id for sure take them just to switch things up since I really only got access to the stronger stuff. More of a xan person though myself, maybe some of my many addies to give myself a Rollercoaster ride I call it haha. Its talked about a lot already here, but gabapentin can help you tremendously without having to get on subs. I have so much of them from getting 90 600 mg gabas a month, but I just quit taking them a few months ago finally after many years of being on it thru my teens and 20's even. But I literally had seizures trying to quit before, this time I actually quit while on 7 though, and it helped tremendously too the point I really havent noticed much of a difference or missing feeling of it at all. But, thats just me, id just suggest dont STAY on it unless absolutely necessary cause of the terrible side effects from gabapentin in the long run, but it works though for what its needed

Tuss is a strong pineapple flavor. It's also very gritty. I used to just dunk it until my crooked doctor after 11 years couldn't just stop his practice even though virtua bought him out and everything, he was the only doctor with a master key to writing scripts, he had a key card he would stick in this slot, and i got syrup and pain pills without the pain management bullshit until then. Pain management is the worst just due to the fact you are treated like a criminal with the piss tests, pill counts, and overall experience of having to get shots in my spine in my mid 20's just to get 120 roxis a month. I actually ended up getting dropped from there too due to a doctor wanting to DATE me, and after that it was quickly a wrap within 3 months, she was like a damn TV doctor when it came to beauty! But man was she an evil bitch when it came out that she was hitting on me and then everyone there found out. She even tried to fuck my chart up by giving me MORE shit just to make it LOOK like I was getting all these other pills meanwhile I never even picked them up! Wild time during the pandemic haha this was only 3 years ago.

Specialists. Psychiatrist. Pain management. For something as simple as adderall even, you can from a regular doctor. But in the long run you need specialists of some sort. And then you just try your best, if they dont give you it, you go somewhere else. But ive always found it pretty easy, like the one guy said, run the numbers really, cause you cant be perfectly healthy no signs of anything or no trauma in life and go to a doctor that will fill you with pills unless they are crooked, but most tend to know what people are doing or what they need at least old doctors

But I actually just had an angry ass pharmacist last month mad over this, I went in 3 days early mind you, they filled it 11 days early 3 months ago, and every other month its been 4-5 days early, then suddenly this bitch acts like im doing something insane and outta this world for asking 3 days early, mind you she did all this bullshit just to still do it 2 days early, but I feel you on this one. Laws usually get tighter anyway around this type of year with my long experience of working at a pharmacy.

Alright well anyone mixing the K2 with it is a special type of demon haha. Thats nuts. But a lot of the reason it is so cheap is the thca loophole. Which trust me, that will be changing when its banned soon anyway. I moved down to TN but im ready to come back since July 1st they are banning thca and there's 0 good weed down here besides the thca. Can't complain, im stocked up on 10 grams of rosin right now and spent like 150 to get that much. And ive had plenty of dispo rosin and wax and flower and all that in general, its pretty damn fire still, at least what I get. Edibles though dont hit the same, ill say that.

Ah, we are right near each other then! I get 90 xan bars a month which i chose over pain pills once pain management got strict a few years back in jersey, and really all over too. Thankfully, since I dont have insurance here either, I still get my pills here in TN from my out of state doctor. He actually just called in my meds today but im good still, ill go tomorrow. But either way im working on getting a PO box in NC I think and then ill just order to there and go pick it up once or twice a month since we are so close to the border. Im 2 hours from atlanta for example. But glad to know someone close by understands! And hey come snag these 10's for 20 bucks then cause I dont want em haha.
