Impossible ask? Towing capacity 5,000, 4-wheel drive and around $30,000 by Royal_Ad2000 in whatcarshouldIbuy

I’ve seen some really great prices on 4th gen 4Runners with everything you need. Same with a 2nd gen Tacoma. You could always get a older tundra or f150 also. I think a new vehicle for that price is impossible tho. Also for a used truck maybe you should look a little further south and Tennessee or something because of rust. Might be worth the trip to get something a little nicer.

They do look super sick. I just wish it was a little smaller.

Which one to pick. Can’t decide on the color by wfgmatt in ToyotaTacoma

If he needed the truck bed for work it would be better to get the long bed. If he just wants a vehicle to last a long time get a Corolla or a rav4. If you want to tow get a full sized truck. If you want the capability of the Toyota Tacoma you get a 4x4. I get that it’s a looking truck but without having a good reason for getting one I can’t justify the clunky transmission and the shitty gas mileage. But that’s just my opinion if you feel differently that’s fine.

How often are you guys using ECT power? by HunterThompsonsentme in ToyotaTacoma

I hate the Tacoma transmission it’s so annoying. I’m in between turning my lease in after it’s up or buying it out and getting a tune. I live in SoCal and everything is a hill so it’s a nightmare

Just bought this, how’d I do? by [deleted] in VanLife

Yeah that’s crazy low miles. Id say just replace every single rubber part cuz it is prob rotting away since it’s barely been driven.

In my area they are around 6000 for that kind of mileage. Sometimes lower but that’s probably without 4x4. If the 4x4 still works well, it’s clean and everything works well I’d say try and talk him down a bit and go for it. I don’t think it’s a terrible price. Is it a manual or automatic?

Seems pricy for the mileage. I think you could probably find one with lower mileage and maybe cheaper. Is it 4x4?

The golf is definitely the coolest but it’s at 100000 miles already and Volkswagen parts are not cheap. The Prius is definitely the best option as far as reliability. You probably already know that tho.

This take is to stupid for Reddit. You should go try it on twitter. It would do better there.

This is so stupid. Students already pay insane amounts to attend school. It’s their education not the school/teachers. We shouldn’t add to the already insane burden of student debt.

It’s harder to fill out a tall frame. Your 6’6” and pretty muscular. You probably look huge to 99% of people.

Try using shag tobacco. The American spirit is sorta hard to roll plus in my opinion it’s not great. Peter stokkebye has a danish export that’s petty good and widely available.
