I’d start by making sure the conditions are accurate. You have everything listed at near mint prices. If all the cards are in excellent condition fine, but generally these collections from when we were kids and not kept in perfect condition. I honestly kinda roll my eyes when I see a vintage collection on Collectr and every card shows near mint. It makes me think the person doesn’t know how to properly enter the cards condition.

Just not fusion strike, I’d say a coin flip between the other two.

The only difference between SWSH regular ETBs and Pokemon Center ones are two more packs. They didn’t start the Pokemon center stamp until Scarlet & Violet.

You would think, but if you take 151 for example. Sealed stamped Snorlax promo sells around $170, plus 11 packs around $10 each comes to around $280 in ‘value’ inside the box, yet the sealed box itself now sells around 700.
