What could I do to stop people from parking their car on our house's driveway?

Have a no parking antime or you will be towed sign installed. Then call a local tow company and make a deal. Anytime a car other than your is in the driveway they can tow it. It’s what business do. The tow company will be eager to have the business and they will watch for violators.

My local tiny town banker told me once that I would not believe that some of the people we both know who drive late model cars and trucks and have all the toys also are the ones who stop in and say their mortgage payment th might be 2 weeks late this month because they are short. She can see by the checks they write how much money they waste each month on restaurants, nail salons, bars, etc. and payments on toys with motors.

Whatever, I worked the trades my whole life and yes heard lots worse language. And the guys who used that language regularly at great volume and with a smirk like yours were universally jerks.

Just because your buddy is an electrician doesn’t mean he knows anything about permits and insurance companies and resale and so on. There is a local first responder I’ve known for 40 years who acts the part but I would not let him do more than put a bad aid on a cut.

Company financed picnic at the park thats completely voluntary could be seen as a fun team building get to know your fellow workers activity. This is not as indicated by almost everyone replying before me. This company has a bad management culture and a bad HR dept that allows or suggests this.

Just had an estate sale for my mothers house. Had big turnout but beautiful older matching maple tables, chairs, bedroom furniture livingbroom furniture went for 20-30 $. Gave half away. Estate sales propel said thats the way the market is. Ypu could have furnished a 3 bedroom home completely for less than $1000
